The most efficient way to open a ticket
is directly through your store's back office.
You can then track the progress of your support
request and see responses from our staff.
To open a ticket in your back office, simply
select to Account Management from the Adminstration
menu, and then select "Service Tickets" from
the Account Management options. See page
