Fast Forward - Getting Started
Creating and nurturing a business poses many challenges - trying to launch a successful web store all by yourself shouldn't be one of them.
Fast Forward is a free concierge service included with BuzzCart that does all the heavy lifting and manages all the technical details of getting your store up and running. You should focus on your business, let us take care of getting your store up and running.
- Register your domain name, if needed
- Take your inventory data and get it ready for your store, including importing it
- Organize and process your product photos
- Customize your storefront to match your website, or build your store based on one of our ready to go templates, or from your custom design
- Provide you with a merchant account and gateway if you need one
- Set up any taxes
- Set up ypur shipping methods and rates
- Configure your store to accept credit cards, and any other payment methods you need
- Add company pages to the store such as About Us, Locations, Directions, etc.
- Set up special requirements such as wholesale pricing, discounts, electronic coupons, Google Analytics, Google Sitemaps, and more
- Integrate your store with QuickBooks
When we are done, you'll be ready to start selling.
Once we've got your products in your store and everything is configured and ready to go, we'll provide you and your staff with free training so you can take over and manage the day-to-day activities of your store. You'll be ready to manage your orders, print invoices, look up customer accounts, change prices, add/edit/delete products and categories. And if you need help, we're here to provide free support.
What If I Need More Help After the Store Is Running?
We've got you covered. Most of our service plans provide for several hours of service credits each month. You can apply your service credits to have us import new products, add new pages to your site, or anything else you'd like us to do to assist in managing your store.
